- Classic concert performance by the Moody Blues in 1970 at the height of their ascendency as symphonic-rock pioneers. Includes all their key hits of the era - including "Nights in White Satin," "Tuesday Afternoon," "Question," "Ride My See-Saw" plus interviews that reflect on the band's years history from their R&B roots ("Go Now") in 1965 onwards
- JETHRO TULL - NOTHING IS EASY

- (2005, 80 mins, MLF/Eagle Rock, Directed by Murray Lerner)

- In 1970 Jethro Tull played the Isle Of Wight Festival in front of 600,000 people. Earlier that year they had released their third album "Benefit" - which saw the introduction of a full-time keyboard player to the band's lineup. Their set was drawn from across their first three albums with popular compositions such as "My Sunday Feeling", "Dharma For One", "Bourée" and "Nothing Is Easy". They also performed "My God" a song that would appear on the following year's classic album "Aqualung". In addition to the classic performances from the festival Lerner includes a new interview with Ian Anderson, specially shot for the film, and with backstage footage and original interviews from 1970. Also included in the film is footage of the band's appearance in the Rolling Stones' "Rock 'n' Roll Circus" performing "A Song For Jeffrey" with Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath on guitar.
- EMERSON, LAKE & PALMER - THE BIRTH OF A BAND

- (2006, 70 mins, MLF/Eagle Rock, Directed by Murray Lerner)

- In 1969, a brand-new trio formed by three musicians who had all been successful in other groups appeared on the stage at Woodstock in front of 500,000 for what was only their second-ever show. That debut had served Crosby, Stills & Nash well. It was a path that was emulated just one year later by another new trio. Emerson, Lake & Palmer was also formed by three musicians who had each enjoyed relative success in different late-60s bands. The Nice, King Crimson and Atomic Rooster respectively. The prog-rock pedigree of the constituent members was their passport to securing a slot at the Isle of Wight Festival before they had played even one gig. Apart from a below-radar warm-up show the preceding week, the ELP set in front of the Isle of Wight audience of 600,000 was their baptism by fire. Public and press acclaim of their performance was considerable. Augmenting the footage he shot in 1970 with new interviews providing context, Oscar-winning director Murray LernerÂ’ turned their debut set into the film The Birth Of A Band.
